How can I get my library PIN number?

To access our online resources, you’ll need a library account and PIN number. To receive your PIN number, email the LRC’s circulation department at circulation@conestogac.on.ca. Please provide:

• Your Student Number
• Your First and Last Name
• Your Program

Log in to your Library Account using the Library Catalogue. In the catalogue, click My Account.

You can:

• Review current titles you've checked out
• Renew materials
• Change your PIN number

Though your program is administered off-campus, there are a wealth of online resources provided to you through the LRC Online.

• Hundreds of Tourism and Hospitality magazines and journals
• Thousands of online e-books on management, including tourism and hospitality

To access the online resources listed in this guide, you'll need your student card number and a PIN number.

Contact the LRC Circulation desk to obtain your PIN number (circulation@conestogac.on.ca). PIN numbers must be updated every September.

How can I borrow “print” books from the LRC?

You can select books from our Library Catalogue and have them shipped to Waterloo Campus.

If you locate a “print” book or other item that you would like to borrow, email your request to the LRC circulation department using their online form: http://www.conestogac.on.ca/lrc/services/offcampusloan.jsp

The LRC will sign the book out to you and send you an email **to your college email address** confirming its shipment to the Guelph Campus and stating your due date. Most books are signed out on 2-week loans. Your due date will be pre-adjusted to allow two days delivery time to and from Guelph campus.   

After your confirmation email is sent, you are responsible for picking up the book from the Waterloo Campus Administration Office. You must return it to the office by the due date stated in your email.
